PROBLEM TWO: YOUR PHONE BATTERY IS OLD BEFORE ITS’ TIME

Some versions of the iPhone are not as great at prolonging their battery life as they could be. iPhone 6 notably not being as good as the replacement iPhone 7.

However, this irritating problem can strike any model.

There are ways around this problem which you can try for yourself.

You could try updating to iOS 10.3.2. Then your battery will also be updated. You could also try the Low Power Mode option. Go into Settings and Battery. Then switch to low power mode. You can turn off the applications which are affecting your battery’s life.

PROBLEM THREE: I’M SORRY I DIDN’T QUITE CATCH THAT?

Not being able to hear anything on a phone call is something that is perplexing many users of the iPhone. If you suddenly can’t hear phone calls, then you might worry and assume your phone has died.

Is your phone stuck in headphone mode? This is easy enough to rectify if so.

For reasons unknown, Apple decided it would be a good idea to put the headphone jack and charging port into the same slot. Hm.
